1. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here are our cancellation guidelines:
• For Same-Day Delivery Orders:
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. If the order is already prepared or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
• For Future Delivery Orders:
Cancellations for future-dated orders must be requested at least 24 hours before the delivery date for a full refund.
• How to Cancel an Order:

2. Return & Refund Policy for Flowers
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, our return policy is as follows:
• Returns:
Returns are not accepted for fresh flowers unless they are damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., incorrect bouquet or missing items).
• Refunds:
If there is an issue with your flowers, contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and a description of the problem. Based on our review, we may offer a replacement or a partial/full refund.
• Non-Returnable Items:
Custom bouquets and personalized floral arrangements are non-refundable unless there is a verified issue with the product.
3. Return & Refund Policy for Non-Perishable Products
For items such as vases, gifts, or accessories, the following policy applies:
• Returns:
Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds:
Refunds for non-perishable products will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
